A Yummy Easy Dish To Make On The Barbecue |
Serve with new potatoes and grilled or steamed greens
Serves four
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sparkling lemon juice
1/eight teaspoon cayenne pepper
half of teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sparkling ginger, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts
In a bowl combine all ingredients besides chook. Mix well. Add chicken and cover with marinade. Marinate in fridge for at the least 2 hours or in a single day. Prepare barbecue. Remove bird, pat dry and cook over fish fry till cooked approximately 30 minutes.
